The kitchen, with its exposed beams and beautiful sandstone floor, is a great place for the whole family to start the day in the Lakes.
The kitchen has quality fitted units with ample cupboard and shelf storage space. It is well equipped to cater for eight, with a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and fan oven.
There is a large solid wood farm table in the kitchen area with seating for eight.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen / dining area, creating a lovely feeling of spaciousness. The focal point of the room is the original fire surround, now containing a functional wood-burning stove - a great place to warm up after a long day out walking on the fells.
The room also has a TV and radio. There is a separate sitting room / games room, with a second TV, video, and plenty of games.
The boot room, which is generally used as the main entrance, has a washing machine and tumble drier (un-metered), and plenty of wet gear hanging space.
